Travel fee
Travel within 25km of Deception Bay 4508 is included in The Chapter and The Storybook Collection. No extra cost. 15km allowance for The Glimpse Collection.
If your location falls outside this range, a small travel fee of $2/km roundtrip may apply to cover time and fuel. But don’t worry, I’ll always let you know ahead of time—no surprises here!
Planning something further afield or extra special? I’m more than happy to chat and tailor a custom quote for your session.
Deliverables
Photo delivery ranges from 10 to 50+ images, depending on the session we plan. You can always opt to add more photos, even if you initially chose the basic/mini session option.
I know how exciting it is to see your memories come to life! Within 72 hours of your session, I’ll send you a little sneak peek to tide you over. You can expect to receive your full gallery within 2-3 weeks after your session. I take great care in editing each image to reflect the magic and emotion of the day, so I promise—it’ll be worth the wait.
If your package includes prints, albums, or other goodies, we’ll chat about those timelines too, as they may vary slightly depending on production and delivery.
And don’t worry—I’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
How should we dress for the session?
I’m a big fan of neutrals—but I love a pop of colour just as much like burnt orange and mustard. Colour can truly shape the mood and feel of your photos, so we’ll take the time to plan your wardrobe carefully to match the vibe you’re after and ensure everything flows beautifully.
Wardrobe styling is something we’ll work through together during the pre-photoshoot planning. You will get a complimentary access to my curated client wardrobe filled with stunning, stretchy, and comfortable dresses designed to flatter every season of life. I will be sending a Welcome pack with styling guide, so don’t worry—you’re not alone in figuring it out.
At the end of the day, the most important thing is that you feel like you. Comfortable, confident, and completely yourself.
What if my children are not cooperating?
I get it—truly. I have a little one of my own, so I’ve felt every bit of what you’re feeling. You never need to stress about your kiddos during a session with me. I love capturing the real stuff—the raw, unfiltered moments. Tears? Totally welcome. Giggles? Absolutely. A little mischief? Bring it on.
I encourage you and your children to just be. Be yourselves. Don’t worry about me or the camera—I’m not here to judge, I’m here to tell your story as honestly and beautifully as it unfolds.
And hey, if it turns out to be one of those days and the little ones just aren’t feeling it? That’s okay too. We can always reschedule—no pressure, no guilt. My goal is simple: to create a space where you and your family feel seen, safe, and completely comfortable.

A $100 retainer is required to lock in your preferred date and time. I will also send you a contract, session guide and styling guide to discuss wardrobe plus a few helpful tips to make the experience as smooth as possible.
